These Terms govern your use of OmniQuiz: AI Trivia 1v1, operated by DuVarian Games & Software. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
Use OmniQuiz only for lawful, personal, and fair gameplay purposes. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, cheat, automate, or attempt to bypass security, purchase verification, rate limits, or platform controls.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure. User-generated or AI-generated quiz inputs must not be illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringe third-party rights.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, cancellations, and payment issues are handled according to the applicable store policies, unless local law requires otherwise.
Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the App, comply with platform rules, fix security issues, or maintain service reliability.
